Austausch Referenzpräparat/Biosimilar Die Behandlung mit AMGEVITA bedarf der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Für die Behandlung mit AMGEVITA ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Referenzpräparat oder ein anderes Biosimilar besteht. Aktive rheumatoide Arthritis Behandlung mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene antirheumatische Standardtherapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARDs) unzulänglich war. Aktive polyartikuläre juvenile idiopathische Arthritis bei Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 4 bis 17 Jahren Behandlung mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene Standardtherapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARDs) unzulänglich war. Psoriasis-Arthritis Behandlung mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene Standardtherapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARDs) unzulänglich war. Ankylosierende Spondylitis (Morbus Bechterew) Behandlung mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie unzulänglich war oder nicht vertragen wurde. Aktiver Morbus Crohn Behandlung erwachsener und pädiatrischer Patienten mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie (z.B. mit Azathioprin, 6-Mercaptopurin oder Glukokortikoiden) unzulänglich war, sowie bei Patienten, die nicht mehr auf Infliximab ansprechen oder dieses nicht vertragen. Nach zwei Jahren ununterbrochener Therapie bedarf die Behandlung einer erneuten Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Moderate bis schwere Colitis ulcerosa Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit AMGEVITA, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie (z.B. mit Azathioprin, 6-Mercaptopurin oder Glukokortikoiden) unzulänglich war oder nicht vertragen wurde. Die Verschreibung von AMGEVITA für die folgenden Behandlungen kann nur durch Fachärzte der Dermatologie oder dermatologische Universitätskliniken/P

Polyarthrite rhumato de AMGEVITA est indiqu pour la r duction des signes et sympt mes et pour le ralentissement de la progression des l sions structurelles et pour l'am lioration des capacit s fonctionnelles du corps chez les patients adultes souffrant de polyarthrite rhumato de active mod r e s v re n'ayant r pondu qu'insuffisamment au traitement par agents antirhumatismaux de fond (DMARDs). AMGEVITA peut tre utilis en monoth rapie ou en association avec le m thotrexate ou d'autres agents antirhumatismaux de fond, l'association d'adalimumab avec la ciclosporine, l'azathioprine et d'autres traitements anti-TNF - n'a pas t tudi e. Chez les patients chez lesquels une polyarthrite rhumato de mod r e s v re a t diagnostiqu e depuis peu ( 3 ans) et qui n'ont pas t trait s par le m thotrexate auparavant, l'efficacit d'adalimumab en association avec le m thotrexate a t d montr e.
