Limitation (LIM)

AIDS-assoziiertes Kaposi-Sarkom, bei Patienten mit niedrigen CD4-Werten (<200 CD4-Lymphozyten/μl) und ausgedehnter mucokutaner oder viszeraler Beteiligung. Caelyx kann als systemische First-Line Chemotherapie oder als Second-Line Chemotherapie bei AIDS-Kaposi-Patienten bei Progredienz der Erkrankung oder Intoleranz unter vorausgehender systemischer Kombinationstherapie mit mindestens zwei der folgenden Zytostatika verwendet werden: Vinca-Alkaloid, Bleomycin und Doxorubicin (oder einem anderen Anthrazyclin). Sekundärtherapie bei Ovarialkarzinom nach Therapieversagen unter platinhaltiger und/oder Paclitaxel-Chemotherapie. Bei Patientinnen mit metastasierendem Mammakarzinom mit Indikation für Anthrazykline bei welchen aufgrund von kardialer Komorbidität oder aufgrund vom Erreichen der kumulativen Anthrazyklinhöchstdosis nicht-liposomale Anthrazykline nicht angezeigt sind. In Kombination mit Bortezomib für die Behandlung des progressiven Multiplen Myeloms bei Patienten, die mindestens eine vorangehende Therapie erhalten haben und die sich bereits einer Knochenmarkstransplantation unterzogen haben oder die für eine Knochenmarkstransplantation nicht geeignet sind. Kostenübernahme nur bei Vorliegen einer Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Für die Behandlung mit DOXORUBICIN ACCORD LIPOSOMAL ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Originalpräparat oder ein anderes Generikum besteht.

/Possibilit s d ' emploi Traitement des patientes atteintes d'un carcinome mammaire m tastatique pour lequel une monoth rapie par des anthracyclines est indiqu e . Traitement du cancer de l'ovaire au stade avanc chez des patientes qui n'ont pas r pondu ou qui ont rechut apr s une chimioth rapie base de paclitaxel et/ ou de platine . En association avec le bort zomib, pour le traitement du my lome multiple progressif chez les patients qui ont re u au moins un traitement ant rieur et qui ont d j subi ou qui sont in ligibles pour une greffe de moelle osseuse . Traitement du sarcome de Kaposi associ au SIDA chez les patients ayant un taux de CD4 bas ( 200 lymphocytes CD4/ l) et une atteinte cutan o-muqueuse ou visc rale tendue . Doxorubicin Accord liposomal peut tre utilis comme chimioth rapie syst mique de premi re intention ou comme chimioth rapie de seconde intention chez les patients atteints d'un sarcome de Kaposi associ au SIDA, en cas de progression de la maladie ou d'intol rance un traitement syst mique ant rieur associant au moins deux des cytostatiques suivants : alcalo des de la pervenche , bl omycine et doxorubicine ( ou une autre anthracycline )
