/Anwendungsm glichkeiten Behandlung der Durchbruchschmerzen bei Patienten deren chronische Tumorschmerzen bereits mit Opioiden als Erhaltungstherapie behandelt werden. Durchbruchschmerzen sind definiert als eine vor bergehende Exazerbation von Schmerzen, die bei einem Patienten mit sonst gut kontrollierten chronischen Schmerzen auftreten
