Etanerceptum 50 mg
Austausch Referenzpräparat/Biosimilar Die Behandlung mit BENEPALI bedarf der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Für die Behandlung mit BENEPALI ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Referenzpräparat oder ein anderes Biosimilar besteht. Rheumatoide Arthritis, aktive juvenile chronische Arthritis mit polyartikulärem Verlauf und Psoriasis Arthritis Behandlung der aktiven rheumatoiden Arthritis, der aktiven juvenilen chronischen Arthritis mit polyartikulärem Verlauf und Psoriasis Arthritis, wenn die vorausgegangene antirheumatische Standardtherapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARDs) unzulänglich war. Morbus Bechterew (Ankylosierende Spondylitis) Behandlung des Morbus Bechterew, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie unzulänglich war. Schwere Plaque Psoriasis Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit schwerer Plaque-Psoriasis, bei denen eine Phototherapie oder eine der folgenden konventionellen systemischen Therapien (Ciclosporin, Methotrexat, Acitretin) keinen therapeutischen Erfolg gezeigt haben. Falls nach 12 Wochen kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen. Standarddosierung pro Behandlungszyklus: 1 x 50 mg pro Woche oder 2 x 25 mg pro Woche während 24 Wochen. In Ausnahmefällen kann die Dosierung während 12 Wochen auf maximal 2 x 50 mg pro Woche erhöht werden. Die Verschreibung kann nur durch Fachärzte der Dermatologie oder dermatologische Universitätskliniken/Polikliniken erfolgen.

Artrite reumatoide Benepali indicato per il trattamento de ll artri te reumatoide (adulti) attiva quando la precedente terapia antireumatica standard con antireumatici modificanti la malattia (disease-modifying antirheumatic drug, DMARD) risultata inadeguata. Benepali pu essere utilizzato in combinazione con metotrexato nei pazienti che hanno risposto in modo inadeguato al solo metotrexato. Benepali altres indicato nel trattamento di gravi forme attive e progressive di artrite reumatoide negli adulti non precedentemente trattati con metotrexato. Gli esami radiografici hanno dimostrato che in questa popolazione di pazienti Benepali rallenta la progressione del danno strutturale causato dalla malattia. Artrite idiopatica giovanile Benepali indicato per il trattamento della poliartrite (positiva o negativa per il fattore reumatoide) e dell'oligoartrite estesa (extended) nei bambini e negli adolescenti (a partire dai 2 anni d'et ) che hanno risposto in modo inadeguato a un trattamento con metotrexato o che non tollerano il trattamento con metotrexato.
