Trattamento di neoplasie ematologiche come la leucemia linfatica e mieloide acuta e il linfoma non-Hodgkin nonch di tumori solidi come il cancro della mammella, il carcinoma bronchiale, i tumori maligni della testa e del collo, l'osteosarcoma, il coriocarcinoma e altri tumori trofoblastici, il carcinoma della vescica. Trattamento di malattie autoimmuni, come ad es. l'artrite reumatoide. Trattamento di gravi casi di psoriasi non controllata resistenti alla terapia convenzionale
