Artrite reumatoide attiva nei pazienti adulti. Forme poliartritiche di artrite idiopatica giovanile grave in fase attiva in caso di risposta insufficiente agli antinfiammatori non steroidei (FANS). Psoriasi volgare grave, persistente e invalidante che non risponde adeguatamente ad altri tipi di trattamenti, come fototerapia, PUVA e retinoidi, e psoriasi artropatica grave nei pazienti adulti. Morbo di Crohn da lieve a moderato, in monoterapia o in combinazione con corticosteroidi in pazienti adulti che non rispondono alle tiopurine o non le tollerano
