Indikationen (Fachinformation Swissmedic)

Aktive rheumatoide Arthritis bei erwachsenen Patienten. Polyarthritische Formen der schweren, aktiven juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis bei mangelndem Ansprechen auf nicht-steroidale Antirheumatika (NSAR). Schwere, hartn ckige und beeintr chtigende Psoriasis vulgaris, die nicht gen gend auf andere Therapieformen wie Phototherapie, PUVA und Retinoide anspricht, sowie schwere Psoriasis arthropathica bei erwachsenen Patienten. Leichter bis mittelschwerer Morbus Crohn, entweder allein oder in Kombination mit Kortikosteroiden bei erwachsenen Patienten, die auf Thiopurine nicht ansprechen oder diese nicht vertragen
