Indikationen (Fachinformation Swissmedic)

Behandlung h matologischer Neoplasien wie akute lymphatische und myeloische Leuk mie und Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom sowie solider Tumoren wie Mammakarzinom, Bronchialkarzinom, maligne Kopf- und Halstumoren, Osteosarkom, Chorionkarzinom und andere trophoblastische Tumoren, Blasenkarzinom. Behandlung von Autoimmunerkrankungen wie z.B. rheumatoide Arthritis. Polyarthritische Formen einer schweren aktiven juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis (JIA) bei Jugendlichen und Kindern ab 3 Jahren, wenn das Ansprechen auf die Behandlung mit nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika (NSAR) unzureichend war. Behandlung schwerer F lle unkontrollierbarer Psoriasis, welche gegen ber konventioneller Therapie resistent sind
